Bids will be received by the Guilford County Purchasing Department, 220 Seneca Road, Greensboro, North
Carolina 27402, until 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time, on October 22, 2026, for construction at Bur-Mil Golf,
located at 5834 Bur-Mil Club Road, Greensboro, NC. This is an Informal Bid Process and there will NOT be
a public opening for this project.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. You may
join the ZoomGov Meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
A non-mandatory site walkthrough will be held on October 6, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at Bur-Mil Golf Shop,
located at 5834 Bur-Mil Club Road, Greensboro, North Carolina 27410. The walkthrough will be conducted
by Peterson/Gordon Architects and the Guilford County General Services Department
Bidding documents, drawing, and specifications are available for viewing on Guilford County's Vendor Self
Service automated bidding system at: https://guilfordcountync.munisselfservice.com
Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to
the office of the Peterson/Gordon Architects, 3508 Vest Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 to the
attention of Perry Peterson, perry@petersongordon.com with a copy to Jared Skelton
jskelton@guilfordcountync.gov and Guilford County Purchasing at DG_purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov
Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all field of required work in North
Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged.
A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this Project.
Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
