The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (Authority) wishes to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide sludge hauling from its water and wastewater treatment facilities located in the County of Albemarle. All sludge will be transported to the Moores Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility located in Charlottesville, VA. The selected Bidder shall furnish all labor and equipment required to perform the services described hereunder.
