Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24226Q0060 - Mold Remediation & Utilities @ B-1- C-Level Records Vault at the Veteran Affairs New Jersey Health Care System at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey 07018.
This requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all responsible SDVOSB's may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 562910 and has a size standard of $25.0 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the records removal, records destruction, and mold remediation containing building materials (i.e., removal of selective demolition including removal of damaged wall shelves, rolling shelves, and boxes of files) at C-Level Records Vault in the C-Level Records Room in Building 1 at the Veteran Affairs New Jersey HealthCare System at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey 07018.
The below procedures and work practices will be used by contractor s employees during the removal of mold containing building materials, removal of selective demolition including removal of damaged wall Shelves, Rolling Shelves, and files of boxes.
This project is done in four steps simultaneously: a) Preparation of the work area; b) removal of damaged Shelves; c) remediation of mold; and d) final clean-up and the destruction of files, and Certificate of Disposal of the files upon completion of contract.
Period of Performance.
Contractor will complete all work in fourteen calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Work will be completed during the when hours of duty are from 6:00 p.m. EST to 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday.
All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted. The solicitation will be released on or about October 31,2025. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. All responses/submissions should be electronic; faxed or hand delivered proposals will not be accepted. All prospective offerors must be currently registered in sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
