What: Naval Sea Systems Command International Fleet Working Group (IFWG) Industry Days
When: 4-8 May 2026 0900-1600 GMT+3
Where: Deniz Müzesi (Naval Museum) Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Türkiye
This notice is revised to include a potential opportunity to visit two Turkish government shipyards on 7 and 8 May 2026. It also extends the response date to 01 October 2025. This update also provides clarification that a positive response indicates company interest in attending but not a firm commitment.
NAVSEASYSCOM is providing notice of an opportunity for industry to attend and present their capabilities to the IFWG international partners for sustainment of ships and systems supported by the International Fleet Support Program Office (PMS 326). Attendance will allow industry to discuss surface ship maintenance and modernization with the U.S. Navy and FMS countries. All discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.
IFWG participation selection will be at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government as space and time available are limited. Companies are restricted to a maximum of two attendees.
Companies interested in participating should respond by filling out the short online form at: https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/GDzVjsvZe0.
Negative responses are not desired. Companies responding will receive either confirmation or rejection notification from NAVSEA PMS 326 by email after the response due date. Confirmed companies will be provided with an IFWG invitation in the fourth quarter of CY2025.
IFWG participation fees for possible registration, presentation, and display should be anticipated, however the fee amount has not been determined.
Other notes:
- Neither the planning nor the establishment of Industry attendance constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). Industry participation in the IFWG meeting, as well as current and/or follow on Requests for Information, is neither mandatory nor is it a requisite to future participation by a contractor in any future contract Request for Proposal (RFP). Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry attendance notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts.
- Please note that this announcement is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by the Navy to fund, in whole or in part, any opportunities referenced herein.
