Event Description
The NASPO ValuePoint 25RFP-Doc1428590914 for Procurement Assistance and Support Services
All vendor proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m.,
Eastern Time on April 16, 2025.
This solicitation has two categories: Category 1: Procurement Assistance
Support Services (PASS); and Category 2: IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting
Services (IT RAC). Currently these are two separate NASPO portfolios. NASPO is
looking to align them onto one portfolio with this solicitation.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to
establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to provide Procurement
Assistance and Support Services for all Participating States. The objective of
this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable
pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government
entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous
state and local government entities.
