Event Description
This Request for Proposal is to secure a vendor to assist in developing the South Dakota Department of Health’s Healthy Brain Program Outreach and Awareness Campaign.
All interested offerors must submit a Letter of Intent to respond to this RFP by 5:00 P.M. CST on March 10, 2025. Failure to submit a Letter of Intent by the deadline will result in disqualification from further consideration for this RFP.
The Letter of Intent should be submitted via email to the Communication Team at dohmediavr@state.sd.us. In the subject line, please include: “Letter of Intent for RFP # 25-0904006-019 - [Business Name].”
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to the Communications Team at dohmediavr@state.sd.us with the subject line “OFFEROR INQUIRIES RFP # [Insert RFP Number] - [OFFEROR’S NAME].” If the offeror submits multiple emails with inquiries, they are requested to number the emails in the subject line (e.g., “OFFEROR INQUIRIES RFP # [Insert RFP Number] - [OFFEROR’S NAME] #2”).
The Department will only answer inquiries from offerors who have submitted a Letter of Intent. All inquiries and the Department’s responses will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any statements, either written or oral, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Any modifications to this RFP will be communicated in the same manner.
