Item: 1: Changes to the bid document:
Bids are still due no later than 2:00pm cst on October 27, 2026, however, we will not
open them until the next day, October 28, 2026, 7:30am cst, at the board meeting,
located at 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon MS 39042. They will remain sealed until
the board meeting. All are welcome to attend.
The reason for this change is so that we may award it at the board meeting on
October 28, and not have to wait until the November board meeting.
