Description

The Texas Army National Guard intends to issue an Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished, to perform Medical and Dental Services, as defined in Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement (PWS) for five (5) Soldier Readiness Processing (SRPs) events from January ? July 2026. This requirement will be full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621498. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about December 8, 2025. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.SAM.gov. Instructions for registering are on the web page (there is no fee for registration).
