Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide consulting services to develop construction bidding plans and specifications for the construction of new sources, elevated water storage, Per-an Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) treatment system and disinfection upgrades at Water Station 3 and provide engineering support services during construction. It is anticipated that the project under this agreement will be federally and state funded and as such all rules, regulations, statutes and policies whatsoever required by the funding source must be followed.
