A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on December 9, 2025, at the Adult Residential Center Programs Building located at 141 Mission Drive, New Century, Kansas 66031. Representation is required by General/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid. Please gather at the front entrance. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on December 12, 2025, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
