The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has released a new Invitation for Bids (IFB) to purchase OCS Components materials necessary to complete the First Construction Segment of its high-speed rail track.
No Pre-Bid Conference or Small Business Workshop is anticipated for this procurement.
The timeline for this procurement is as follows:
IFB Released: Thursday, September 4, 2026
Requests for meetings with Authority Due: Friday, September 11, 2026
Bidder IFB Questions Due: Friday, September 18, 2026
One-On-One meetings with the Authority: Monday to Friday, September 21 to 25, 2026
Authority responses to questions released: Monday to Friday, September 28 to October 2, 2026
Addendum 1 posted by Authority: Wednesday to Tuesday, October 28 to November 3, 2026
