LOS ALAMITOS, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Provide professional architectural and engineering design for the Preliminary Plans phase, Working Drawings phase, and Construction phase of the above project.
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction is approximately $99,579,000.00.
The estimated duration of this contract will be five (5) years.
