Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of The Department of National Defence, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) that comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform testing, sampling and air monitoring for asbestos and other hazardous material to various buildings of CFB Halifax in accordance with this specification. This RISO will be from December 6th2025, or issuance of standing offer to December 5th, 2026 inclusive.There is a Security requirement (Reliability) with this Solicitation. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
