Description

The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for Marine Safety Helmets.
Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with the Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria – please note changes from previous solicitation. Changes to Basis of Payment has also been made to accommodate industry standards regarding bulk shipping. See herein for further details. Please contact the Contracting Authority through SAP Ariba with any questions or required clarification.
AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 06, 2025 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
