County of Vermilion River
The County of Vermilion River is a municipality located in Northeast Alberta. The County's Administration operations are located out of Kitscoty, Alberta. The County of Vermilion River is undertaking a full-scale renovation of its Administration Building located at 4912–50 Street in Kitscoty, with work scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 and completion expected by fall 2025. The renovation aims to modernize and improve the functionality and accessibility of the facility. In addition to renovations on the Building, the Administration Office will see new landscaping completed on the frontside of the building facing the street, in the outdoors staff break area on the back side of the building and the County of Vermilion River Public Works yard entrance at 505040 Hwy 897, approximately 2 km north of Kitscoty.

The project includes site preparation, custom landscape design, soft and hard landscaping, clean-up, and a maintenance period. It integrates existing features, ensures drainage and plant health, and avoids problematic vegetation. Maintenance includes plant replacement and staff training. Special considerations involve removing specific elements and preserving key site features.
