Project Description: The County, on behalf of the Finance Department, seeks proposals for Financial Advisor Services
The County has approximately $700,00 million in outstanding debt, a proposed $1.0 billion five-year capital plan (2026 – 2030) which will require multiple debt issuances, and potential refunding opportunities of existing outstanding debt. The selected Advisor(s) shall provide advice with respect to financing opportunities, managing the County’s debt portfolio and debt requirements.
