The contractor shall deliver cost estimating software access, RS Means Online or equivalent.
Contractor shall include all necessary username and passwords or other access methods for twenty-five (25) accounts that can be used simultaneously for access to cost estimating software, RS Means Online or equivalent. Cost estimating software must be Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Masterformat or equivalent based. Software shall use up-to-date and reliable construction estimating date to develop accurate project budgets and validate costs based on our location. Software shall be convenient and intuitive to our squadron and fit the needs and abilities of different users.
