The Catawba Bend Preserve masterplan identifies a mountain bike skills course and pump track along with a mountain bike trails area. For this RFP, York County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified trail builders to layout and construct approximately 8-10 miles of single-track natural mountain bike trails for Catawba Bend Preserve Park located at 3271 Neely Store Road Rock Hill, SC 29730.
