ESSEX STREET MANAGEMENT INC. c/o CAMBRIGDE HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID

The Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as Management Member, acting on behalf of Essex Street Management Inc., the Owner, invites sealed bids for Selective Renovation at Somerville Village at 114 Temple Street in Somerville, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Liro-Hill Corp.

The project consists of selective interior and exterior renovations to the building based on a Capital Needs Assessment and accessibility review. The building will remain occupied through construction.

General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work: General Contractor.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act and included in the project specifications.

The work is estimated to cost $1,600,000.
