Subject: RFQ/P 2026-02 City of Hinesville Public works and Utilities Operations and
Maintenance
Addendum No. 1
Dear Sir/Madam:
The subject Addendum is being issued to clarify, correct, amend, add, and/or delete certain
words, phrases, sentences, or paragraphs in RFP 2026-02, page 4 and add additional information
regarding accessing Fort Stewart Military Base.
This Addendum No. 1 consists of:
1. The initial meeting location for the Mandatory Pre-Qualification/Proposal Meeting/Tour
has been changed to the Fort Stewart Water Pollution Control Plant located at 629 Hero
Road, Fort Stewart, GA, 31314 on May 14, 2026, at 9 am.
2. Bidders are responsible for their own transportation and limited to sending 5
representatives to the pre-bid meeting due to space limitations at several of the facilities.
Please refer to Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Visitor Information found at the
following link: https://home.army.mil/stewart/about/Garrison/DES/visitor-information
and check again 48-hours before the pre-bid, as base access rules may change.
In addition, bidders should contact Fort Stewart 24-hours in advance to receive guidance
on whether photos and/or video will be allowed at the Fort Stewart Water Pollution
Control Plant.
