2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Saint Anthony Village is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead and develop the City’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The consultant will lead the development of the engagement, drafting and approval of the Plan. The Plan will meet the Metropolitan Council requirements, build off of recent City planning activities, and focus on engagement with the community to develop the vision for the City. Qualified consultants should have experience preparing Comprehensive Plans for Cities in the seven-county metropolitan area. The RFP is available on the City of Saint Anthony Village Website . The deadline to submit questions is July 24 by 4 p.m.. Submissions are due electronically to Ashley Morello at ashley.morello@savmn.com on Aug. 7, 2026 by 4 p.m..
