2191.025 Landfill Gas Beneficial Reuse #19335

Proposals will be electronically received by the Golden Triangle Regional Solid Waste Management Authority (GTRSWMA or Authority) by 10:00 A.M., Local Time, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for a Landfill Gas Beneficial Reuse Project for the Golden Triangle Regional Landfill.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are open to public inspection in the office of the Executive Director, Golden Triangle Regional Solid Waste Management Authority, in Starkville, Mississippi. RFP documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested). Prospective proposers are required to register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view, order RFP Documents, and to submit the proposal. All prospective proposers are required to have a valid email address for registration. Proposals shall only be submitted through www.neel-schafferplans.com . A Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting for this project (non-mandatory) will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., Local Time. In order to participate in the Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting, pre-registration is required in accordance with the RFP documents.

Any proposal not received by the date and time specified will be declared late and rejected. The Authority will not be responsible for delays in delivery. It is solely the responsibility of the Contractor that proposals reach the opening on time.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements, to waive informalities or irregularities in any and/or all procedures, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority.
