Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Firearms for both Law Enforcement and Non-Law Enforcement.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: Offeror's who receive 700 total points or more per category submitted will be awarded. (Technical Criteria + Cost)
Length of Contract: 5 Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee: (.25%)
