2026 ELEVATED TANKS REHABILITATION
Bids for the construction of 2026 ELEVATED TANKS REHABILITATION will be received by the CITY OF
FLORENCE at City Hall located at 203 College Street, Florence, MS 39073, (or electronically at
www.engserviceplans.com) until July 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received
will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work:
Miscellaneous repairs to four existing elevated tank structures, yard piping adjustments to one of the
four tanks, and complete rehabilitation of the coating system of one of the four tanks.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website:
www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted
electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of
registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All
official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated
website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if
any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each
set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
