The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the buildout of approximately 1,000 square feet, village-owned building located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest.

Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the office of the DownTown Park Forest Management Office (226 Forest Blvd.) and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Prep floor as needed and install vinyl plank snap together flooring.

Install plumbing for 2- shampoo stations.
Install ceiling outlet over front window.
Install electrical outlets to be determined how many.
Patch and paint walls.
Install door closer.
