The City of Watertown (MA) invites submittals from qualified consultants for Landscape Architecture Services for Walker Pond. The selected consultant will develop the construction drawings, perform LSP and ecological services, conservation commission permitting, and prepare the project to go out to bid for construction as outlined in the RFQ’s Scope of Work. Each Proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Submission Requirements within the RFQ and M.G.L. c. 30B.

The RFQ will be bid ELECTRONICALLY. Bid documents, forms, specifications and conditions, and bid guidelines will be available online from www.projectdog.com website starting at Noon on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. To obtain documents, log on to the website at www.projectdog.com and click “Sign Up” or login with your existing account. Put the Project Code 875842 in the box found in the upper right corner of the screen. Select “Acquire Documents” at the bottom of the page to download the RFQ. Questions regarding the website or project distribution should be directed to Projectdog at 978-499-9014.

RFQ Deadline: Proposals are due through the Project Dog submission portal by Tuesday, August 11, 2026, 11:00 AM. Hand delivered proposals will not be accepted.
