Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for inspection, abatement planning, and monitoring services related to asbestos containing material (ACM), mold, and/or lead based paint to include inspection, sampling, testing, reporting of the results, preparation of plan and specifications for abatement and/or remediation, monitoring of the abatement and/or remediation projects.
