The Amendment also serves to update the Attachment 0006 General Information and Section B (CLINS). The Attachment is being updated to remove the reference to Cross Lanes, WV found within CLINS 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002, 3001, 3002, 4001 and 4002. Cross Lanes, WV is not a part of this acquisition. This acquisition is only for Brookville, PA, Clearfield, PA and Punxsutawney, PA. CLINS 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002, 3001, 3002, 4001 and 4002 apply to Brookville, PA. The U.S. Army Contracting Command ? New Jersey is issuing this RFQ for a Refuse Collection and Recycling Services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD) in Brookville Memorial USARC, 20 Spruce St. Brookville, PA 15825 (PA011), PCF Melvin L Brown USARC/BMA 106, 6400 Clearfield Woodland, Clearfield, PA 16830 (PA017), and MAJ Charles D.
