Middlesex County, Virginia seeks proposals from solar energy developers (Offerors) to lease land owned by the County to install, own, operate, and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy system (âSolar Facilityâ) pursuant to lease agreements. Specifically, proposals are being sought for these purposes for the Middlesex County Landfill property (Tax Map Parcel 35-10) and/or the Thacker Property (Tax Map Parcel 27-84) (âSubject Propertiesâ), both properties are owned by the County.
