The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is issuing this Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Residency Grant Program as part of the Workforce Initiatives portfolio authorized under the Medicaid Section 1115 Demonstration. EOHHS is looking to solicit proposals from Massachusetts' Community Health Centers (CHCs) to implement, sustain, or expand FNP residency programs. Successful CHC applicants will be eligible for up to $131,500 per FNP residency slot.
