SERVICE REQUIREMENT




  • The vendor shall provide Essential Dining Catering Service/Meal Delivery to fifty (50) personnel and all necessary management, labor, equipment, tools, and supplies—including but not limited to containers, utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, and other disposable items (paper or plastic products)—required to prepare and deliver meals at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY). All services and materials must be provided in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in this contract.

  • The contractor shall be responsible for preparing meals at their own facility and delivering them to the specified location and time as indicated in the contract. During transit, all food must be maintained at appropriate and safe temperatures in accordance with applicable food safety standards.

  • POP shall be from on or about September 1, 2025, through November 30, 2025, with the option to extend for an additional 45 days if deemed necessary by the Government.
