The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this Special Notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified contractors with the capability and the resources to meet the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Pathology and Laboratory Services requirement for LAB ACCREDITATION SERVICES. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 813920. The Product Service Code is R420.
The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of an upcoming industry days regarding the subject requirement. The industry day will serve as an opportunity to discuss the new requirements and foster continuous communications with industry. Feedback may be used, at the government s discretion, to support efforts in further refining requirements in anticipation of the release of a formal solicitation.
