Pursuant to the FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C), USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS),
intends to award a sole source IT Development Services task order extension utilizing the GSA contract
schedules in that in the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to
an original Federal Supply Schedule order (see attached justification).
The contract will be for an 8 month no-cost extension of the current task order to complete final system development and go-live services for the Operations and Reporting System (OARS) IT system to be utilized by APHIS, Wildlife Services.
This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order issued under FAR PART 8 procedures to Axiom Resource Management, Inc., 2941 Fairview Park, Suite 850, Falls Church, VA 22042-4513. UEID: MVCYAQVNJJZ3.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to issue a task order extension for final development and support. The requirement is essential to meeting the government's needs. Any interested sources including small businesses capable of providing the product are encouraged to provide detailed capability information. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for
