THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOR A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a five-year, firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of the following item. The solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis.
