Project Description: The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) is exploring robotic inspections with multiple sensor payloads for early identifications of refringent or compressor leaks (acoustic arrays), identifying equipment running too hot (thermal), executing anomalistic behavior (acoustics/vibration), electrical issues (partial discharge - acoustics), and other visual inspection findings (camera/video), per specifications.
The contract term is 60 Calendar Days. QUOTES must be submitted through dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and WILL NOT be accepted via email or mail. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 pm (Central Time) on August 29, 2025. Responses must be received by the above stated date and time.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
