Synopsis
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Media Services department requests proposals from qualified respondents to provide, install, configure, and support a fully integrated server infrastructure designed to support four (4) broadcast channels. A dedicated redundant server must back each channel to ensure uninterrupted service. The system will support Video-On-Demand (VOD), Live Streaming, Over-the-Top (OTT) content delivery, and include licensing, subscriptions, integration with Media Scribe or equivalent, and compatibility with Blackmagic Design (BMD) systems.
