Project Description: The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (‘AC Transit’ or the ‘District’) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to receive bids on or before 11 November 2025 no later than 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time, online via the District’s Procurement Supplier Portal, and mailed hardcopy to the attention of Michael Daly, Senior Contracts Specialist, 1600 Franklin Street, Oakland, California 94612, for a qualified vendor (hereafter referred to as "Bidder") to provide Heavy Duty Towing Services, as set out in Exhibit 1-A, Scope of Services. The District invites sealed bids in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in this IFB.
