Leasing four tracts of Irrigation Project land for grazing purpose

Lower Yellowstone Irrigation Project will receive bids for leasing four tracts
of Irrigation Project land for grazing purpose. Bids will be opened at 1:30
P.M., March 11, 2025 at the LYIP headquarters: 2327 Lincoln Ave SE (South of
Sidney on CR 350). The tracts are as follows:


Tract 1: SWNW Sec. 26, T. 22N., R.58E., Richland County, containing 39.3 acres.

Tract 2: N1/2NW Sec. 3, T. 23 N., R. 59E., Richland County, containing 70.2
acres.

Tract 3: Part of N1/2NW west of Main Canal in Sec. 2, T. 23N., R.59E., Richland
County, containing 63.4 acres.

Tract 4: SWSW Sec. 2, and E1/2NE and E1/2SE of Sec. 10, and W1/2W1/2 Sec. 11;
all in T.151N., R.104W., McKenzie County containing 300 acres.


Bidders must be landholders of the Lower Yellowstone Irrigation Project Board of
Control. The lease period will be for a one year and will be renewable for four
consecutive years upon agreement of all parties. Please contact the LYIP Office
for lease details including minimum bids and AUM ratings.
