The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders who are licensed with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and insured to patch, crack fill and seal coat the Virginia ABC Headquarters Office and Distribution Center parking lots located at 7450 & 7452 Freight Way, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. The total parking space is 110,160 square feet. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 12, 2025, at 10:30 AM (EST). The conference will be held at the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authorityâs Central Office located at 7450 Freight Way, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Attendance at this conference is a pre-requisite to bid submission. Virginia ABC is not seeking complete mill and pave services, vendors that submit a bid response that is more than patch, crack fill and/or seal coat shall not be considered.
