Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is providing notice to all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) registered with SMART of the changes implemented by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Interim Final Rule (IFR) that was published on October 3, 2025.
Please download SMART's DBE Interim Final Rule Letter, which provides general information on the changes that all vendors need to be aware of and what vendors should do following notice of these changes.
