Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) has a requirement to secure a facility rental for a large meeting space and breakout rooms to host the DHS Strategic Industry Conversation event to be held in March 2024 in the National Captial Region (NCR), not more than five (5) miles from the District of Columbia. The Strategic Industry Conversation will be a one-day event held from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm ET with required access to the facility from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a walkthrough approximately 30 days prior to the event. This requirement includes conference room space and audio/visual equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
