STEM Robotic Carts

Project Description: Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide two (2) Yaskawa Motoman GP8 Advanced Fenceless S.T.E.M Carts. Bids will be received by RACC via the PennBid platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by Wednesday 7 May at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
This will be a fixed priced contract.
All written requests for clarifications must be submitted by 10:00 AM on Friday, May 2, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing through the PennBid platform.
Responses to clarifications will be posted to PennBid by 10:00 AM on May 5, 2025.
All Bids must be received by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, for the above project through the PennBid portal.
RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
