Elevator Equipment, Maintenance, Modernization, Replacement, and Repair Services

Project Description: One electronic proposal for Elevator Equipment, Maintenance, Modernization, Replacement, and Repair Services, must be received from eligible Proposers, submitted to the School Board’s Procurement Services Department, Bonfire (Euna Procurement) Platform no later than 2:00 PM EST, on November 19, 2025, to be considered. Proposers that do not comply with the School Board’s procedures or deadlines will not be considered. The School Board will retain all proposer information received. The Bonfire (Euna Procurement) electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late proposals will not be accepted or considered for award.
The District desires to secure firm prices for standard hourly rates and after hours/overtime hourly rates for elevator equipment maintenance, modernization, replacements, repairs, monitoring of elevator phones and videos, and monthly inspections at District schools and related facilities.
