Project Description: The City of Palm Bay Utilities Department is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide instrumentation repair, maintenance, and calibration services for water and wastewater facilities and related equipment.
The City operates multiple water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated utility infrastructure requiring routine calibration, maintenance, and repairs to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Services under this contract will primarily support Utilities Department facilities but may extend to other operational sites as needed.
The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform instrumentation-related services, including but not limited to:
• Calibration of pressure transmitters, meters, analyzers, and other field instruments.
• Repair, maintenance, replacement, or installation of electronic meters and transmitters.
• Emergency and scheduled service calls.
• Provision of calibration documentation, as-built records, and operator training when applicable.
