REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 57825134, Human Resources Consulting Harris-Stowe State University (HSSU) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide expert guidance on various Human Resources matters, including compliance, recruitment/retention, employee relations and policy development. The successful awardee will assist the University with streamlining HR processes, improving employee experience and ensuring compliance.
