REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 57825134, Human Resources Consulting Harris-Stowe State University (HSSU) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide expert guidance on various Human Resources matters, including compliance, recruitment/retention, employee relations and policy development. The successful awardee will assist the University with streamlining HR processes, improving employee experience and ensuring compliance. Proposals must be emailed no later than 12:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 (there will not be a public opening), and must be emailed to: morrowb@hssu.edu . The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses received, or to cancel this request in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interests of the University to do so.
