After-Hours Janitorial Services: $1,573.20
New Projected Term Dates: 3/1/2026 through 2/28/2029. Please note that a mandatory pre-bid conference walkthrough is scheduled for this project (see Schedule of Events below for date and time). In order for a submitted bid package to be accepted and considered, interested bidders are REQUIRED to attend the walkthrough. Bid packages that are received with no proof of attendance will automatically be rejected.

Bidder Qualifications:
Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business.

Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid (see Attachment 1).  Registration shall be effective on the day of the bid opening, or the bidder may be deemed non-responsive.
