Project Description: The Borough of Catasauqua is performing a streetscape project on Bridge Street between Howertown Road and American Street . In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: asphalt pavement milling, pavement base repairs, installation of asphalt leveling/scratch course and wearing course, replacement of pavement markings, construction of ADA compliant curb ramps, construction of 5’ wide concrete sidewalk including a 2’ wide grass strip, new full reveal concrete curb and installing new street lights. The work also includes mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic, and temporary erosion and sediment controls, as necessary to perform the work. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Project Plans.
