Stokes Mill Area Sanitary Sewer Replacement

Project Description: LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the STOKES MILL AREA SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by STROUD TOWNSHIP SEWER AUTHORITY, until 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened and immediately posted on the PennBid website for public view. Project will be considered and possibly awarded on May 19, 2025 at 7:00.
The Project consists of replacement of 1325 LF +/- of 8” SDR 35 PVC sanitary sewer line. Work includes manhole rework, asphalt road/driveway restoration and roadside restoration.
Bids shall be based on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com on Wednesday April 23, 2025 after 3 PM.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North 5th Street Stroudsburg PA 18360 at 10:00 AM with a site visit to follow.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates.

All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
