Description

The U.S. House of Representatives is conducting market research to identify qualified industry sources with experience in high-level, secure, and protocol-driven dining and hospitality operations to inform future planning for the House Members’ Dining Room (MDR) and, potentially, the Capitol Market located within the U.S. Capitol Building. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain industry insight, best practices, and innovative operational concepts that could support and enhance MDR operations, including service models that balance tradition, quality, operational agility, and fiscal responsibility within a historic and highly secure environment.
